This recipe was walking to magicada weeks. Since sweet and loving Sandra's sweet buffet wonderful and inspiring blog Marmita offered me the fantastic rice crepes Martim Moniz. Since I received them I immediately thought to do a kind of sushi. And that's what I just did. And today, inspired by my dear Mena's blog The Adventures of a Mom, I made a sushi pale, pink and girly, to mark the International Day of the Fight against Breast sweet buffet Cancer. It was, for me, a recipe that gave me immense pleasure fabricate, imagine and create. Got an extraordinary balance of flavors, and for those who love sushi, I recommend this. It's different, sweet buffet but equally tasty!
Sushi in rice crepes Ingredients: 4 8 rice crepes cooked peeled prawns 1 c. tablespoon coarsely sweet buffet chopped pickles 2 Microvegetais beet slices of buttery cheese Aveleda 40g sushi rice Salt to taste Rice vinegar soy or teriyaki sweet buffet sauce to accompany Preparation: Wash the rice for sushi in running sweet buffet water for 5 minutes. Let drain for 30 minutes. Put water in a tachinho and season with salt. Let the water boil. When water ferever put the rice. bake well. Remove the rice and season with viangre rice. Let the rice cool. Prepare the filling. Chop pickles, shrimp and microvegetais beet. Add the cheese and knead well. crepes soak rice in cold water until soft. Assemble the rolls. Extend the rice crepes, place a tablespoon of sushi rice, rice distribute over a scoop of cooked shrimp. Wrap the crepe. After doing all rolled crepes let them stand for about 5 minutes. Cut them about 2cm tall. Serve them together with soy or teriyaki sauce and a glass of Albariño wine Aveleda.

Hello Celio. Look also never made sushi at home, unless sweet buffet the sham that was of my first recipes here on the blog.
