This cake is a wonderful discovery! I met him while walking on U.S. blogs (including here) and since then I have only one thing in mind, do it! Simple, it is difficult to find. That's it my cake has been removed from the mold! I set my oven to 150, but I left 1 hour, 50 mins it was still "flickering" on top. We can see two different layers! Tasting scheduled for tonight .... with the verdict of my lovers! Thank you for sharing this recipe. Good weekend! Reply Delete

Recipe tested and approved by the whole family! We must wait until the cake is cold for removal. I unmolded still hot, it was not broken but cooling on the grid, it sank into the soft layer and when put on the plate presentation entire top of the cake is torn: (I baked in a silicone mold 50 min at 150 'It was perfect For cons should not have a diameter of mold too gra.!
