AML cruises has announced the appointment of Jean-Claude Crouzet as director of catering for the AML Louis Jolliet, Quebec. Its dynamism and its 35 years of experience in the field of restoration reprsentent important assets for the company.
Among the positions occups Mr. Crouzet throughout his career include those training manager, master of Htel banquets, restaurant-Owner ', teaching school Wilbrod- Bhrer, president of the Association of Toques Blanches, excutif chief and the restoration of the Htel Loews Le Concorde, La Maison Gourmet Serge Bruyre Qubec and the Htel of Governors of Sainte-Foy. Until recently all he acted as director of catering to the microbrewery Archibald.
