From meal to meal should rest my little Karin decided we deserve a short vacation in the city that never rests - Eilat. Well, it's good holiday but what, never eat? So there you have a story about one of the best restaurants in which I had to eat my short life - Pedro's restaurant salmon.
Instead never expected, away from the noisy hotels, up mountains of Eilat and the residential building villa lies an enchanting coffee shop menu restaurant, quiet and beautifully decorated. Pedro, who opened the doors for the first time in 1987 and recently underwent a facelift (and menu), got my Karin and me for a feast full of good wine, rich and surprising dishes and a waiter with an Argentine accent rolling him not replenished ...
Fortunately, we had to share the table with citrus, marketing manager of the place, raved about the changes in the restaurant; All restaurants serve appetizers, main and final.
